Tomato, Feta, and Cucumber Skewers

A final tribute to summer.
Ingredients
cherry tomato
cube of Greek Feta
1/2” cube of a peeled cucumber
Serve on toothpicks with Tzatziki Sauce. Easy, refreshing, pretty on the plate and delicious. Each toothpick holds a bite of summer. Until next year….
