These fruity parfaits are a great start to a summer day. Use what’s fresh. Use what you have.

  1. Start with creamy Greek yogurt, plain yogurt, or vanilla yogurt
  2. Add granola for texture and crunch.
  3. Sweeten with honey, lemon curd, or preserves.
  4. Toss in the freshest berries you can find.
